PTCL another hidden trick :(

Well recently I received PTCL bill and I was surprised to see that 2MB/per second tariff was written in bill details instead of 1MB tariff.. Actually I have chosen to activate 1MB/sec DSL package but was shocked to see this in PTCL bill.. I looked arround in bill deatils and read that "If you want to retain your 1MB connection than call 1236, or keep your 2MB connection for 25% extra.."

Well, without customer's choice, without letting the customer know what is happening with his/her account they changes settings, plans and many other things.. Due to Govt. Organization, it should be first priority to satisfy customers not own organizational needs.. One can think that No one was using 2MB connection so they tried to force this change..

With these action they won't get appreciations from their customers. They will find themselves nailing and I think they are missing the trick..

As other organizations like PIA, Railways and others they wanted to do same with PTCL.. :(
