Telenor Change of Charges for walk-in customer services on selected Sales and Service Centers

Telenor Pakistan has always endeavored to provide quality services to its subscribers while offering the best packages to meet their daily needs. In order to provide even better services and further strengthen our network following charges from walk-in customer on selected S&SCs will be charged from 12th September 2011.

New rates are listed below:

- To change ownership, you will be charged 30 rupees.. Unauthorized marking of 668 customer would not be charged.
- To change current package plan, you will be charged 10 PKR.
- For PIN/PUK code inquiry, you will be charged 20 PKR.
- If CDR required, you will be charged 20 PKR.
- If you wanted to have your handset optimized for intenet by Telenor CC, then you will be charged 20 PKR.
- For every F&F modification, you will be charged 10 PKR.

All above charges include taxes.
